By submitting this form and using the StormDial service, you agree to the following:

1. Service Description
   StormDial is an AI-powered outbound voice system designed specifically for the storm damage industry. We provide the technology, training, management, and ongoing optimization needed to generate qualified appointments. StormDial calls are made under a neutral brand ("ghost company") to maintain lead exclusivity.
   Please note: Results — including appointment volume, deals closed, and ROI — depend on local market dynamics and are not guaranteed.

2. Lead Delivery
   Leads are delivered in real-time via the preferred method indicated in this form (email, SMS, or call). You are responsible for timely follow-up and appointment management.

3. CRM Integration
   If CRM integration is requested, you authorize StormDial to access and send lead data to your connected CRM system.

4. Billing & Subscription
   You confirm that you have either started a free trial or subscribed to a paid StormDial plan. Billing terms and cancellation options are available at the Stripe portal.

5. Usage Limitations
   You understand that lead generation volume is based on your provided service area and appointment availability. Daily lead caps can be adjusted within your settings.

6. No Guarantee of Sales
   StormDial guarantees appointment opportunities but does not guarantee closed sales. Your team is responsible for converting the appointments into signed contracts.

7. Compliance
   You agree to use the leads and data received in compliance with all applicable laws, including TCPA and CAN-SPAM regulations.

8. Data Privacy
   StormDial does not sell or share your data or your leads’ information with third parties, unless required by law.

9. Termination
   StormDial reserves the right to terminate service for violation of these terms or abuse of the platform.
